Nick is the Director of Operation and a clinician at Modern Assistance. Nick has extensive work experience administering direct services and treatment planning for individuals with co-occurring mental health, substance abuse, autism spectrum disorders, and traumatic brain injury since 2010. He was responsible for providing direct services and supportive housing for adolescents and adults.

Nick provides individual and group counseling, referral services, case management, staff training, and critical incident management interventions for the organization. Nick has facilitated the Men’s Anger Management Program providing court approved and National Anger Management Association Curriculum to individuals in need of voluntarily and mandated Anger Management Treatment.

Nick uniquely understands the needs of employees working in the building trades and how to provide services that will lead to successful outcomes. He is a Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor II (LADC II), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) Certified Anger Management Specialist II (CAMS II), Substance Abuse Professional for the Department of Transportation (SAP) and has BA in Business. He is also a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
